Planet 10 steht seit Jahren für leistbares, solidarisches Wohnen in Wien. Entstanden aus kollektiver Initiative, ist hier ein Ort gewachsen, der Vielfalt sichtbar macht, Gemeinschaft lebt und Menschen Raum gibt, die am Wohnungsmarkt oft ausgeschlossen werden.

Gemeinsam mit einem großen Team entsteht vor Ort ein Ausbau mit 6 neuen Obergeschossen. Geplant sind flexible, barrierefreie Wohnungen, gemeinschaftliche Räume, offene Begegnungszonen und eine markante, pinke Architektur, die Haltung zeigt.

Die Ausschreibung für (Teil-)GU Umsetzung ist nun veröffentlicht und Planet 10 sucht engagierte Unternehmen, die dieses Projekt gemeinsam mit uns umsetzen wollen – sozial, nachhaltig und zukunftsorientiert.

Abgabetermin: 03. Juni 2026

Umfang: Die mit Fördermitteln geplante Wohnhausanlage besteht aus einem Baukörper mit 19 Wohneinheiten samt Nebenräumen aufgeteilt auf ein Kellergeschoß und 8 oberirdische Geschosse im Lückenverbau.

Baubeginn: 4. Quartal 2026

Bauzeit: ca. 15 Monate

Vorgesehener Auftragsumfang: Generalunternehmerleistungen, optional Teil-GU

Affordable Housing

For years, Planet 10 has stood for affordable, community-oriented housing in Vienna. Born out of a collective initiative, it has grown into a place that celebrates diversity, fosters a sense of community, and provides a home for people who are often excluded from the housing market.

As a Team

Together with a large team, we are expanding the site with six new upper floors. The plans include flexible, barrier-free apartments, communal spaces, open gathering areas, and striking pink architecture that makes a statement.

Public Tender

The tender for (partial) general contractor implementation has now been published, and Planet 10 is seeking committed companies that want to implement this project together with us—in a socially responsible, sustainable, and future-oriented manner.

Submission deadline: June 3, 2026

Scope: The residential complex, planned with public funding, consists of a building with 19 residential units including ancillary rooms, distributed across a basement level and 8 above-ground floors in a gap-filling construction.

Start of construction: 4th quarter of 2026

Construction period: approx. 15 months

Intended scope of contract: General contractor services, optional partial general contractor
