Wir verhandeln aktuell mit mehreren Baufirmen, die Gespräche lassen sich gut an, unser Kostenplan hält.
Im Oktober/November soll es losgehen mit dem Abriss und den Bauarbeiten.
Wann gibt es Bingo 🎲 in der Mischmaschine?
Beim großen Abrißfest 🥳. Das Haus wird dann leer sein und wir können im ganzen Haus feiern.
Das Abrissfest findet am 📌 10.10. statt. Weitere Infos dazu folgen bald.
Wie geht das wenn wir einen Baum 🌳 vor dem neuen Haus wollen?
Wusstet ihr, dass einen Baum pfanzen in Wien 35.000.-€ kostet? Der Baum selber ist nicht so teuer aber die Bauarbeiten inklusive Bewässerung kosten so viel.
Wenn Ihr uns einen Baum vor dem neuen Haus spenden wollt, bitte kontaktiert uns.
Wir besprechen es dann gleich mit der Bezirksvorstehung von Favoriten.
Wer hat Marcus Franz 🗣️ in den Planet 10 eingeladen?
Wir haben den Bezirksvorsteher vom 10. Bezirk zu uns eingeladen.
Wir haben ihm unsere Baupläne gezeigt und über Lagerraum für unsere gespendeten Abrissmaterialien 🪟🪑, Strassennamen im Bezirk und Bäume gesprochen 💬. Marcus Franz hat sich zu unserem Bauvorhaber wohlwollend geäußert. Das freut uns sehr.
Was passiert mit den Murals, der Kunst 🎨 an den Wänden des Planet 10 wenn wir das Haus abreißen?
Wir planen eine Einreichung für Kunst im öffentlichen Raum. Vielleicht seht ihr Teile der Murals bald an einer anderen Stelle in der Stadt. Wir werden euch weiter informieren ℹ️ .
Wieviel Geld 💰 brauchen wir noch?
Die Finanzgruppe und die Direktkreditgruppe rechnen dass ihnen die Köpfe rauchen.
Uns fehlen noch ca. 300.000.-€
Bis jetzt alles ohne Bankkredite weil die sind bekannterweise sehr teuer, daher versuchen wir ohne sie auszukommen.

What does the building inspectorate say? 🏠
They say YES 🥳.
We’ve received the building permit.
We can start building.
Who’s going to build 🪝⚙️ it for us?
We’re currently negotiating with several construction companies; the talks are off to a good start, and we’re staying within our budget.
Demolition and construction are set to begin in October/November.
When will we have Bingo 🎲 in the mixer?
At the big demolition party 🥳.. The house will be empty by then, and we’ll be able to celebrate throughout the entire house.
The demolition party will take place on 📌 October 10. More details will follow soon.
How does it work if we want a tree 🌳 in front of the new house?
Did you know that planting a tree in Vienna costs €35,000? The tree itself isn’t that expensive, but the construction work—including irrigation—costs that much.
If you’d like to donate a tree for in front of the new house, please contact us.
We’ll discuss it right away with the Favoriten district administration.
Who invited Marcus Franz 🗣️ to Planet 10?
We invited the district mayor of the 10th District to visit us.
We showed him our construction plans and talked 💬 about storage space for our donated demolition materials 🪟🪑, street names in the district, and trees. Marcus Franz spoke favorably about our construction project. We’re very happy about that.
What will happen to the murals—the art 🎨 on the walls of Planet 10—when we tear down the building?
We’re planning to submit a proposal for art in public spaces. Maybe you’ll see parts of the murals somewhere else in the city soon. We’ll keep you updated ℹ️.
How much money 💰 do we still need?
The finance team and the direct lending group are crunching the numbers until their heads spin.
We’re still about €300,000 short.
So far, we’ve managed without a bank loan—since those are notoriously expensive—so we’re trying to get by without one.
We’re already in the home stretch ⏰ and appreciate any support 💶.
