Self-Defence Workshop in February | Savunma Workshop 02/2015

Şiddet, çoğu zaman düşündüğümüzün aksine, günlük yaşamın her anında ve
her alanında karşımıza çıkabiliyor. Hatta içinde yaşadığımız düzen eliyle
sürekli olarak sistematik bir şiddet altındayız diyebiliriz. Bu şiddet
farklı biçimler ile kendini gösteriyor. Kimi zaman işyerinde şefimiz ile
aramızda, kimi zaman evde parterimiz ile aramızda, kimi zaman akademi
içerisinde, kimi zaman dostlarımızla kurduğumuz ilişkide, ve hatta
adımladığımız sokakların/mekanların fiziki yapısında ya da daha önce yüzünü
bile görmediğimiz birinin sıkılı yumruğunda…

Planet 10 olarak bizler, düzenin uyguladığı bu sistematik şiddet
karşısında pasif kalmayı reddediyor ve kendimizi mümkün olan tüm araçlarla
korumayı seçiyoruz!

Bu doğrultuda Şubat ayında bir “Savunma Workshop”
düzenliyoruz. Her yaştan ve cinsiyetten herkesi bekliyoruz!

Katılımcıların yanlarında spor kıyafetleri getirmeleri gereklidir. Çıplak
ayak ya da çorap ile çalışılacağı için ayakkabıya gerek yoktur.
Katılımcılar bütün bölümlere gelmek mecburiyetinde değillerdir.
İsteyenlerin bağış yapabileceği kutular mevcuttur. Bunun dışında kesinlikle
bir ücret yoktur.

On the contrary of what we often think, violence is something that we can
face all the time and everywhere in our daily lives. We can even say that
we are always under a systematic violence, which is inflicted on us by the
system that we are living in.  This violence shows itself in different
forms. Sometimes at our workplace between us and our boss, sometimes at
home with our partner, sometimes within the academy, sometimes in the
relationships that we have with our friends, and even in the physical
structure of the streets/places that we walk on or in the fists of someone
who we never had seen before…

We, as PLANET 10, refuse to stay passive against this systematical violence
of the system and choose to defend ourselves with any means possible!

Therefore, we are organizing a “Self-Defence Workshop” in February.
Everybody from all age and genders is welcome!

We ask the participants to bring casual clothes. No shoes will be
necessary, for we will be training with socks or bare feet. Participants do
not have to attend all the parts. There will be a Donation box available
for those who wants to donate. Other than that, there is absolutely no
price!

Trans erkelerin cinsiyet kimliklerinden ötürü eğitim hayatlarında karşılaştıkları sorunlar “Dikkat! Okulda Trans Var” belgeseliyle paylaşılıyor. LGBT aktivisti Barış Sulu tarafından yapılan bu çalışmada, Türkiye‘de yaşayan 7 trans erkek birey, eğitimde yaşadıkları sorunları anlatıyorlar. Belgesel, herkes için eşit eğitim hakkı önceliğine dikkat çekiliyor.

Die Probleme, die Trans Männer wegen ihrer sexuellen Identitäten in der Schulzeit erlebt haben, werden in dem Doku-Film „Attention! Trans at School“ thematisiert. Der LGBT Aktivist Barış Sulu interviewte 7 Trans-Männer in der Türkei, die mit ihren eigenen Erfahrungen die Aufmerksamkeit auf die Diskriminierungen in der Bildung ziehen wollen.
